The works include but are not limited to the following:
Task 1: Rock Cleaning & Scaling:
- Pre-design site survey, desk studies, geological mapping, geotechnical investigation, hydrological data, design and all relevant data collection.
- Complete temporary site setup including provision of equipment, plant, storage, site offices, workshop, temporary facilities, utilities, etc.
- Setting out works.
- Clearance of all debris from site.
- Maintaining public traffic (motorized and animal) and pedestrians passing through or around the construction site.
- Maintenance and protection of existing roads passing through the site, temporary traffic management and temporary road diversion.
Task 2: General Requirements for Rock Stabilization:
- Design of new rock-cut slope, mitigation and/or rehabilitation of existing rock-cut slopes, and the catchment and control of rockfall to protect the Coastal Road infrastructure and commuters.
Task 3: Debris Flow Mitigation.
